Role Description

The Business Development Executive is a full-time, remote work from home, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the UK healthcare sector. Day-to-day tasks include researching and qualifying prospects, managing lead generation activities, and conducting meetings and presentations to potential clients. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, supporting account management, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions. The Business Development Executive will track performance against targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular updates and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
  • Business and Account Management skills, including managing client portfolios and supporting long-term relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the UK healthcare sector and its key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
  • Proven track record in a sales, business development, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tamworth, manage time effectively, and meet agreed targets.
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is beneficial.
