Office based in Maidenhead, Berkshire | Next to Train Station
Salary: Competitive + Commission + Bonus (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help scale revenue across our event solutions offering. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building pipeline, and introducing gther’s platform to event organisers, brands, and agencies.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales who wants to develop their career further within a dynamic team and be part of our progression as the business scales.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Book and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and position gther’s solutions effectively
- Collaborate with Account Executives and senior team members on closing deals
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
- Represent gther at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 experience in sales, business development, or similar role
- Experience in either event agency sales or SaaS software sales preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the event industry or event technology is a major advantage
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
