About Assist World
Assist World helps businesses across the United States build exceptional remote teams by connecting them with outstanding international talent. We work with medical practices, healthcare organizations, professional services firms, and growing businesses looking for long-term staffing solutions.
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping businesses scale through world-class talent solutions.
This is not a transactional sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands business challenges, and can confidently engage with founders, CEOs, and practice owners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and strategic outreach
- Build relationships with healthcare practices, business owners, and decision-makers across multiple industries
- Identify client challenges and recommend tailored remote staffing solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through to signed agreement

- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of Assist World's services
- Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business
- Maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM
- Track sales activity, pipeline progression, and forecasting
- Consistently achieve activity and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client handovers
Market Development
- Stay informed on healthcare, staffing, and remote work trends
- Identify new industries and markets for expansion
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, messaging, and lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- Confident presenting to business owners and senior executives
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, BPO, SaaS, or professional services
- Experience selling into the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools

Growth Opportunity
Assist World is growing rapidly, creating exceptional opportunities for career progression. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into Senior Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Sales Leadership as the business continues to expand internationally.
Compensation
- $2,000 - $2,200 a month
- $2,000 USD per month + Performance Incentives
- Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
