Directors work closely with Managing Directors and CEOs to strengthen business performance while also supporting personal development and fulfillment. Role Description
This full-time, remote Business Development Executive role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective members for The Alpha Group International. Day-to-day tasks include researching and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and online channels, and presenting the value proposition of membership to business owners and senior executives. The person in this role will build and maintain strong relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with Regional Directors to align new member acquisition with strategic goals. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, tracking activities in CRM tools, and contributing insights to refine marketing and sales campaigns. This role requires a self-directed approach, consistent performance against targets, and professional representation of the organization in all interactions.

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a track record of creating and converting opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and nurture long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM and sales productivity tools, and comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment.
- Relevant experience in B2B services, executive networking, or professional membership organizations is highly beneficial.
- A background in sales, business development, or a related field, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with international teams across time zones.
