Watford, Hertfordshire | Office Based | Full-Time
£26,500 starting salary + Performance Incentives | £27,500 after probation | Fully Paid Training

Sales experience? Confident communicator? Ready for your next career move? If you've worked in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, customer service, retail or hospitality, you may already have the skills we're looking for.
At Fortrade, you'll join as a Business Development Executive, working with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in our services. You'll build relationships, understand client needs, explain our platform and products, and support clients through the account-opening process.
This is not cold calling.

We don't require a finance degree or previous trading experience. We're looking for people who are:
- Confident and professional communicators
- Ambitious and motivated
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Good at building relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Successful candidates from the initial interview stage will be invited to our one-week fully paid training programme.
You'll learn about the platform, products, communication, and compliance while demonstrating your suitability for the role.
Training is part of the selection process, followed by a Final Interview. Successful candidates will then join the Business Development Executive/ Account Manager team.
