Speak fluent German and enjoy the challenge of winning new business? FGS Recruitment is working with an established international business looking for a driven sales professional to help build its pipeline across the German-speaking market.
You’ll be the person who gets the conversation started: spotting potential clients, reaching the right people and turning initial interest into qualified meetings for the wider sales team.
This opportunity would suit someone with B2B sales experience who enjoys prospecting, asks good questions and brings energy and persistence to their work.

What you’ll be doing
- Identifying businesses that could benefit from the company’s services.
- Engaging senior decision-makers through calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn.
- Exploring prospects’ needs and establishing whether there is a commercial fit.
- Generating qualified opportunities and arranging meetings for Account Executives.
- Following up consistently and keeping your prospecting activity organised within the CRM.
- Taking ownership of your activity and contribution to the sales pipeline.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation, alongside the confidence to approach new contacts and build rapport. You should be comfortable with outbound calling, motivated by targets and able to keep momentum when a prospect says “not yet”.

Fluent written and spoken German is essential — no exceptions. Applicants must already live in London or within a practical commuting distance and be able to attend the London office regularly.
