Join a high‑growth, global fintech with $bn+ turnover and a best‑in‑class tech stack. We’re looking for a driven, target‑focused SDRs to generate and qualify pipeline for our Mid‑Market and Enterprise sales teams. There are positions for different markets/languages including English, French and German.

The Role

You’ll be the engine of new business, working in a pod of up to 3 Account Executives to fill their calendars with 12 qualified meetings per month across Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts.

  • Inbound: Work warm leads on a round‑robin basis, responding quickly and qualifying against our ICP.
  • Outbound: Own a named, enriched account list, graded by potential and fit (location, BAT registration, product support).
  • Qualification: You decide what’s “qualified” using our framework and hand off clean, contextual notes to AEs.
  • Collaboration: Be in the office alongside your SDR manager and sellers, going after priority accounts together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
