Business Development Executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 + bonus

This isn’t just sales - it’s about building relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and making things happen. You’ll be at the forefront of growth, connecting with new clients, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving revenue in a thriving technical market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored electrical component solutions
  • Keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Hitting (and smashing!) sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Background in an industrial environment is desirable
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and full of initiative
  • Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
  • Comfortable working cross functionally across a business
