Business Development Executive – London (Paddington)
£30,000 base salary + 120k Commission
Full-time | Office-based (5 days per week)

The Opportunity
The Business Development Executive will generate new business opportunities and support overall revenue growth. You’ll engage with potential clients, uncover their challenges, present solutions and create qualified opportunities for the wider sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails and social channels
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Qualify leads and arrange high-quality sales meetings
- Keep CRM systems updated with activity and pipeline information
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to support deal progression
- Continuously enhance your sales abilities through training and coaching
Ideal Candidate
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated by targets
- Quick learner with a positive, proactive approach
- Enjoys working in a busy, collaborative office environment
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential
Training & Development
- In-depth onboarding across product, market and sales processes
- Frequent coaching sessions with experienced sales leaders
- Ongoing development in areas such as objection handling, negotiation and prospecting
- Supportive mentorship to help accelerate your performance and confidence
