We're working with a fast-growing logistics business in London that is looking to expand its commercial team with ambitious and driven Business Development Executives. What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales journey, from initial outreach through to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored logistics solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery
  • Developing and growing your own portfolio of accounts

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach
  • A genuine desire to succeed and earn significant commission
  • The confidence to build relationships and win new business
  • Sales experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • An interest in logistics, shipping or supply chain would be beneficial, though full training will be provided
