Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Andover

Salary: £32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment?

We're looking for driven and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and playing a key role in driving business growth.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound activity, engaging with prospective customers, and developing a strong pipeline of business. We're looking for individuals with a genuine hunter mentality who thrive on opening doors, creating opportunities, and achieving targets.

What You'll Get

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and engaging with new business prospects
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries
  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities
  • Qualifying opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maximise commercial opportunities and revenue growth

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, SDR, telesales, recruitment, or another customer-facing role would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with people at all levels of an organisation
  • Resilience, determination, and the ability to overcome objections
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Motivation to succeed and build a long-term career in sales
