Central London | £40,000 Base + £20,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission

This £330m workplace design, build and compliance specialist is transforming how businesses think about their environments, delivering everything from inspiring office design through to project delivery and compliance under one roof. With ambitious growth plans and a target of becoming a £500m business in the next five years, they're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to be part of the journey.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. This is a strategic, value-led sales role where you'll learn how to uncover business challenges, understand customer requirements, and position a comprehensive solution that combines design, build and compliance all in one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new target accounts across a range of industries
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify commercial opportunities and qualify potential projects
  • Conduct research to understand customer challenges and business objectives
  • Manage outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and networking channels
  • Book high-quality meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on account-based campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's services and value proposition
  • Consistently work towards and exceed activity and revenue targets
