With ambitious growth plans and a target of becoming a £500m business in the next five years, they're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to be part of the journey.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.
This is a strategic, value-led sales role where you'll learn how to uncover business challenges, understand customer requirements, and position a comprehensive solution that combines design, build and compliance all in one.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new target accounts across a range of industries
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify commercial opportunities and qualify potential projects
- Conduct research to understand customer challenges and business objectives
- Manage outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and networking channels
- Book high-quality meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on account-based campaigns
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's services and value proposition
- Consistently work towards and exceed activity and revenue targets
