Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.

- Researching target companies
- Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings
- Presenting Origin’s services to decision-makers involved in office moves and refurbishments
The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring a smooth handover to account management or project teams. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, report on sales activities, and contribute to refining sales strategies and go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Solid Business and Account Management skills, with experience nurturing client relationships and supporting repeat and referral business.
- Effective Communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within workplace services, office relocation, facilities management, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with CRM tools to manage and report on opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
