Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to support ambitious company growth. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role offers remote working flexibility.
Key Duties
- Generate qualified meetings for Business Development Managers using a consultative sales approach.
- Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline, nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Develop relationships with financial adviser firms to increase engagement, insight, and brand awareness.
- Convert adviser firms into clients and support growth in assets under management.
- Use CRM systems to progress prospects from first contact to onboarding.
- Manage client relationships, support project delivery, and meet business development targets.
- Lead sales meetings, secure new business, and support successful sales closure.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, services, and growth opportunities.
- Support strategic planning and provide strong knowledge of company products and services.

- Strong academic background with numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Driven, reliable, and able to deliver results to tight deadlines.
- Confident team player who builds trust with colleagues and clients.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and proactive.
- Investment knowledge across asset classes is advantageous.
- Relevant professional qualification, ideally CII/PFS Level 4.
