Business Development Executive (SAP Training – B2C Sales)
About ERPTOREN
ERPTOREN is a leading SAP training and career development company that helps professionals worldwide transition into successful SAP careers through structured training programmes, expert mentoring, hands-on project experience, and internship opportunities.
We are expanding our Sales Team and are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help prospective students take the next step in their careers.
This is a 100% sales-focused role. You will engage with prospective students, understand their career goals and background, qualify their suitability for our SAP programmes, and guide them through the enrolment process using a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the ERPTOREN Sales Team, you will:
- Conduct consultative sales calls with prospective students from around the world.
- Assess each lead's background, career goals, and motivation to determine programme suitability.
- Recommend the most appropriate SAP training pathway based on the individual's experience and career objectives.
- Present ERPTOREN's three-level SAP training programmes, internship opportunities, and career pathways.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently throughout the sales process.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through enrolment and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships through phone calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the training and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a consultative, solution-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential, along with the eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience in business development, sales, customer success, recruitment, education, or a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience with lead generation, account planning, prospecting, CRM management, pipeline management, and cold outreach to both new and existing customers.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. We value relevant work experience, leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, and other experiences that demonstrate the core competencies required for this position.
