The Sales Function
Our purpose is to raise and retain assets under management (AUM) for Triple Point to help drive the growth of the business. We accomplish this by providing innovative financial solutions that support financial advisers in helping people with their financial goals. We aim to be a trusted partner and are committed to building relationships built on trust, transparency, and integrity.
The Role
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to help deliver on our ambitious growth plans.
This is a strategically important territory. You’ll build on an established footprint across the London region and take responsibility for growing it. That means deepening adviser engagement, building new relationships and positioning Triple Point as a trusted provider of defined return solutions.
The role is hybrid, with time split between our London office and the territory itself. Expect a mix of face-to-face meetings, event presence, adviser roundtables, and strategic phone outreach. All activity is designed to build pipeline and strengthen adviser engagement. You will work as part of the London pod alongside an external BDM and an internal BDE/M.
This is a relationship-led sales role. You'll be expected to build connections, develop trust, and support inflows. You’ll represent the Triple Point offering in the market and be responsible for communicating the product’s structure, suitability, and strategic value to adviser firms across the region.
We’re looking for a commercially focused candidate with experience in growing financial adviser distribution. You’ll understand how to develop strong partnerships and engage key decision-makers, whilst being able to work independently and collaboratively. If you’re confident in your ability to turn interest into meaningful outcomes and bring structure and clarity to your sales approach, this is your opportunity to shape one of our highest-potential regions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
