Business Development Executive

Norwich | Field Based | 37.5 Hours per Week

Are you a confident relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people, managing your own territory, and developing long-term professional relationships?

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and grow an established territory across Norwich and the surrounding area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in business development, field sales, account management, or stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory
  • Promoting healthcare services and increasing awareness amongst key stakeholders
  • Planning and conducting regular face-to-face meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to support territory growth and referral development
  • Managing your own diary and territory activity
  • Working closely with the wider business development team to achieve objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, account management, field sales, healthcare liaison, or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised and self-motivated approach
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
  • Full UK driving licence
