Business Development Executive – Randox Health - Glasgow (Job Ref: 26/BDGL)

This is primarily an office-based business development role where you will identify and develop new business opportunities for diagnostic testing and healthcare services.
Location: Field/Office based. Visiting customers across Glasgow. Our office is based at: 150 Howard St, Glasgow, G1 4ET.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.
What does the Business Development Executive role involve?
- Prospect and acquire corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, meetings, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, Admin teams, Procurement departments, and corporate decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable diagnostic packages, health check-ups, wellness programs, and laboratory services.
- Conduct corporate presentations, meetings, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Develop customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements for corporate clients.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Manage the complete corporate sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact through negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
- Identify opportunities for corporate health camps, employee health screening programs, annual health check-ups, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Coordinate with laboratory, operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, proposals, and sales pipelines.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company's corporate offering.
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and long-term relationship management.
- Participate in industry events, corporate networking activities, and other business development initiatives

- Experience in B2B, corporate sales, business development, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying corporate clients.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially driven approach.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Good understanding of corporate sales cycles and account management.
- Willingness to travel.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Field based or F2F sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience within the Healthcare / Corporate sectors.
- Experience in both account management and business development.
