About the Company
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of an Account Manager – Customer Service & Sales. The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees.
About the Role
Permanent, Monday - Friday full-time position based in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements.
- Guide customers through the company’s services and explain the process clearly.
- Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services.
- Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce.
- Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service.

Qualifications
- Previous experience within account management, customer service, sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Required Skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to recognise sales opportunities.
- Customer-focused approach without relying on hard-selling techniques.
- Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial.
- Positive, proactive and results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working within a target-driven environment.

Pay range and compensation package
- £28,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission (High OTE's available)
- Permanent, full-time position.
