We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to win new business across the non-FMCG manufacturing sector. This is a true 360° sales role — prospecting, opening doors, getting in front of customers, running trials and turning opportunities into profitable, long-term relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Find and win new non-FMCG customers
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Make outbound calls and generate opportunities
- Meet customers face-to-face across the UK
- Arrange and manage product trials
- Develop existing customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for growth
- Manage quotes, follow-ups and CRM
- Build a strong network within the industry

What we’re looking for
- You’ll have 2+ years’ new business experience and a background selling into non-FMCG manufacturing.
- Experience with adhesives, inks, coatings or packaging would be a big advantage.
- Most importantly, you’ll be hungry to win. You’ll be confident on the phone, comfortable getting in front of customers and motivated by targets, growth and results.
