Hours
08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive plays an important role in growing our business by building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. This is a customer-facing role where you will represent our organisation, understand customer needs and help deliver the right solutions. What will I be doing?
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities across our full range of products.
- Preparing clear and accurate quotations that meet customer needs.
- Negotiating solutions that work for both the customer and the business.
- Keeping customer records up to date and using them to support effective sales activity.
- Sharing information with colleagues to maximise opportunities, solve problems and support decision-making.
- Ensuring customer accounts are managed in line with agreed credit terms.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and customer demands.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties to support the wider team and business.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Good knowledge of building materials and the construction market.
- Willingness to work across both field-based and office-based sales.
- A full, clean driving licence
- Awareness of Health and Safety practices.
- A strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Confidence using IT systems such as CRM platforms, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills, including face-to-face, phone and written communication.
