PMG, part of the Enovert Group, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help drive the next stage of our growth.
This is a genuine new business role, focused on identifying opportunities, opening new accounts and developing long-term customer relationships across the South-West.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation, organic growth and customer referrals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using proactive prospecting.
- Arrange and attend customer meetings across the South-West.
- Develop relationships with Site Managers, Buyers, Procurement Teams and key decision makers.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and convert new business opportunities.
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets.
- Record all sales activity accurately within the CRM system.
- Support the transition of new customers to the operational teams while remaining a senior commercial contact.
- Develop a strong understanding of PMG Services' Road Sweeping, Tanker and Environmental Services.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role.
- A genuine passion for winning new business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, target driven.
- Organised and capable of managing your own workload.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and arranging face-to-face meetings.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience within waste management, environmental services, construction, drainage, plant hire, facilities management or other industrial service sectors.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of road sweeping, tanker services or waste operations.
