About Us
Intretech is an international consumer electronics manufacturer with 15 factories and more than 40 subsidiaries worldwide. While we're a smaller player relative to the industry's biggest names, that's part of what makes us distinctive: candidates get to make a visible impact rather than being one of thousands in a large corporate structure.
Our multicultural and dynamic team is expanding, and we are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to lead account development and growth initiatives across European markets, supporting our European factory operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or product development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a persuasive negotiator, and a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Your primary focus will be generating new business across European markets, identifying lucrative opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and nurturing deals through to successful closure, in support of our European manufacturing operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
