Field Sales Executive – Waste Management
Location: Gloucestershire / Cheltenham

Salary: £38,000 – £41,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance

We are working with a successful waste management business with around 100 employees, and a good fleet of vehicles with its own mixed recycling and confidential shredding facilities in Cheltenham. They are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive growth across Gloucestershire.

This is a genuine hunter role, focused on identifying, developing, and winning new B2B customers. You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, build your pipeline, and sell a broad Total Waste Management (TWM) proposition.
What You'll Be Selling
A complete range of commercial waste solutions, including:
- General and food waste
- Mixed recycling
- Confidential/security shredding
- Bespoke waste solutions
- Total Waste Management
Annualized contract values can range from £500 to £50,000+, with typical sales around £1,000–£5,000. You'll be targeted to generate new clients from any industry sector.

About You
We're looking for a proven B2B new-business salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. Ideally from waste management.
You'll need to be commercially driven, self-motivated, comfortable with cold outreach, and confident managing the full sales cycle.
Full UK driving licence required.
