About the Role

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing divisions within a well-established global financial services business and we're looking for 4 ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Executives to join the team and play a key role in driving new business.

This is a front-line, new-business sales role for someone who enjoys the hunt. You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new corporate clients, speaking directly with CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance professionals, and building long-term commercial relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and target new corporate clients.
  • Engage directly with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and senior decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and position the right financial solutions.
  • Take opportunities from initial conversation through to signed contract.
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close new business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B new-business sales or business development, ideally 1–3 years.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience managing a sales process from prospecting through to close.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded, competitive, and highly motivated.
  • An interest in financial services, markets, payments, or fintech is highly advantageous.
