This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong research skills, CRM accuracy, market insight and confident written communication to open up the right conversations with the right organisations.

You'll work closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects and generate pre-qualified meetings for our Solutions Directors, helping Amberjack connect with priority accounts in a more focused and insight-led way.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline generation and outbound activity

  • Delivering targeted outbound activity following events, campaigns and priority account activity
  • Generating a consistent flow of high-quality, pre-qualified meetings for the Growth team
  • Personalising outreach using insight-led messaging aligned to Amberjack's value proposition

CRM and data management

  • Maintaining and enriching HubSpot and other data platforms, including Lead Onion
  • Building accurate, segmented contact databases across target accounts
  • Supporting campaign execution through CRM workflows, reporting and data quality management

Account research and market insight

  • Researching target organisations, decision-makers, talent strategies and relevant market challenges
  • Mapping stakeholder groups across HR, Early Careers, Talent Acquisition, and L&D
  • Monitoring early talent and volume recruitment trends to strengthen sales conversations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
