About XMO Capital
XMO Capital is a specialist private markets firm working with a select group of investors and strategic acquirers. We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing business development professional to join the firm as it continues to grow.
The Role
This is a sales-led role combining business development, commercial research and relationship building. We are particularly interested in candidates from BDR, SDR, enterprise sales and other high-performance outbound environments, typically with 1–3 years’ relevant commercial experience.

The Opportunity
You will work directly with the founder and gain exposure to senior decision-makers across private markets and business. The role offers significant scope for progression and increasing responsibility as the firm grows.
