Business Development Executive, Private Markets Cap Intro Intelligence (EMEA)

Location: London - Hybrid

A high-growth global capital introduction events & intelligence platform focused on private markets is hiring a commercially driven Business Development Executive to support its expansion across EMEA.

This is a front-office, revenue-generating role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business. It will suit someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and winning new business in the alternatives space.

The Opportunity

You will originate and develop relationships with leading private markets firms across private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real assets, working alongside a senior sales team in a strategic growth segment. Expect a mix of cold outreach, pipeline development and consultative engagement, with a clear route into a senior, revenue-owning role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and engaging new GP relationships across private markets
  • Driving outbound activity (calls, campaigns, targeted outreach) to build pipeline
  • Supporting senior sales colleagues in converting opportunities and exceeding revenue targets
  • Working with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Maintaining a rigorous, accurate pipeline in the CRM
  • Representing the business credibly in conversations with senior investment professionals

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year's experience in sales, business development or a client-facing role
  • Exposure to private markets, alternatives or investment management
  • A strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
  • Drive, resilience and curiosity
  • Comfortable in a target-driven, high-performance environment
  • A consultative approach and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
