The Role: Business Development Manager (Public Sector – Europe)
You're the door-opener for TRM's public-sector business across Europe.
This is a business development role built around opening doors—not a traditional closing-quota position. While there is variable compensation tied to the deals you open, the core focus is on establishing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and gaining access to sectors TRM wouldn’t otherwise reach.
You’ll be:
- Customer-facing
- Comfortable on a conference stage
- Driven to translate insights from the field into meaningful opportunities
Your Impact

Build relationships in European government, regulators, and public-sector agencies Open doors across high-value accounts and multi-thread senior relationships to ensure TRM’s presence endures beyond individual contacts.

Discover and pursue large-scale, high-impact partner opportunities Identify strategic partnerships that scale TRM’s reach within the public sector.

Represent TRM as a thought leader Engage visibly at conferences, forums, and panels to shape the company’s industry presence.

Stimulate actionable insights Turn market, technological, and regulatory shifts into early warnings for TRM—spot opportunities and risks before competitors.

Fuel product innovation Feed practical feedback from regulators and practitioners directly into TRM’s product roadmap.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualities:
- An established network across European government, regulatory bodies, or public-sector communities.
- Comfortability as a public voice representing TRM at conferences, speaker panels, and government forums.
- Proven ability to convert relationships into concrete opportunities—not just introduce sane contacts.
- AI-savvy: Experience using AI for research, prospecting, and pipeline management, with actionable examples to share.
Hard Requirements: ✔ Remotely based within Europe (with the ability to travel 30–40%). ✔ Existing relationships in European public-sector spaces.
