Senior Business Development Executive / Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive / Manager with a strong track record in B2B technology services sales and an established UK market network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across the UK market.
- Build and manage relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Engineering, Digital and Procurement.
- Sell IT services, digital transformation, software engineering, AI/ML, Data and Quality Engineering solutions.
- Develop pipelines through prospecting, account mapping and consultative, solution-led selling.
- Manage mid-market and enterprise accounts across sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Technology.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new account opportunities.

Requirements:

- 10–12 years of proven B2B technology services sales experience.
- Strong UK market network and existing client relationships.
- Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven pipeline-building and new-business acquisition experience.
- Candidates who have relocated from India to the UK are welcome.
- Preference for candidates with 3–4+ years with their current employer.
