Business Development Executive
£60,000–£80,000 basic + Excellent Commission
Bring your sales experience into the world of design and build.
I’m partnering with a design and build business to recruit a Business Development Executive for its outgoing, sociable sales team.
With an established database and plenty of warm leads to develop, you’ll spend your time connecting with prospective clients, understanding their workplace plans and securing appointments for the wider sales team.

What you’ll be doing
- Reaching prospective clients through regular phone and email outreach.
- Developing warm leads and following up consistently.
- Asking questions to understand potential projects and client requirements.
- Booking meetings, working towards targets.
- Keeping accurate records and sharing useful information with the sales team.

- You’ll have experience in sales, telesales or business development, with the confidence to start conversations and the persistence to keep opportunities moving.
- Strong communication, organisation and a proactive approach will be key. You’ll enjoy working towards targets while taking the time to build relationships.
- Previous construction or design and build experience is beneficial but not essential.
