Business Development Executive (Remote)

Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for a motivated, confident, and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our remote UK-based team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills who enjoys identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and communicate relevant solutions clearly
  • Support lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information
  • Coordinate meetings, updates, and next steps with prospects
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business development activity
  • Contribute to ongoing growth and relationship-building initiatives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and professional approach to speaking with new people
