The Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, articulate and inquisitive individual to develop their sales career within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. You will work in our Rental+ division, closely with Divisional Director of Grocery Retail, across the UK and Ireland and will be responsible for identifying, contacting and qualifying potential leads and setting up meetings to increase the sales pipeline.
- Cold calling prospective B2B clients, fact finding and rapport building over the phone
- Build call campaigns and a pipeline of contacts to maintain relationships
- Nurture these opportunities to a qualified lead
- Opportunity qualification utilising a range of selling techniques with a view to significant bonus reward on contracts delivered
- Collaborating with the commercial sales team to understand various trends within your market sector in order to create effective engagement methods
- Updating our sales database with relevant client and market information to maximise opportunity
- Managing market-leading lead generation systems to ensure best practise prospecting processes

Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications

- Essential Qualities
- Experience in a similar lead generation or inside sales position
- Demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience along with strong influencing skills
- Experience of working successfully in a busy and diverse environment
- High energy and a solid work ethic
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with strong influencing skills
- Great listening skills
- Confidence and capability to engage with executives at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management capability
- Passionate about technology and its applications
- Experience and evidence of consistently meeting set activity KPIs
