Focus Media is one of China's largest building media networks. It places digital advertising screens in the lifts and lobbies of residential, office and hospitality buildings. Focus Media UK is bringing this model to London. We are building our screen network and the team behind it from the ground up.

The role

You will bring London apartment buildings onto our screen network. You'll find suitable blocks and developments, win over the developers and managing agents who decide, and sign placement agreements. The job is outbound and face-to-face, and much of your week is spent on site visits and meetings.

What you'll do

• Build and work a target list of apartment blocks, build-to-rent schemes and new developments across London.
• Reach decision-makers (developers, residential managing agents, BTR operators and residents' management companies) by phone, email, LinkedIn and site visits.
• Run site visits and meetings. Show how screens benefit residents and add value for the building.
• Negotiate placement terms and take each deal through to a signed agreement, supported by your manager.
• Hand signed buildings over to our Installation team, and stay their main contact until the screens are live.
• Keep the CRM up to date: activity, pipeline stage and next steps.
• Hit weekly activity targets and monthly targets for signed buildings.
