About the Company

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive. The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools, and professional fees.

About the Role

  • Permanent, Monday - Friday full-time position based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in business strategies and customer needs.
  • Utilise Salesforce to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings and build professional connections.

  • £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Staff earning from £000's up to £9000 per month) + Excellent Benefits & Growth Opportunities
