About This Role

Are you a Territory Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or an ambitious commercial professional looking to build a long term career in sales? Join Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions at our Avonmouth location, where you'll develop new customer relationships, grow your commercial expertise and follow a structured pathway towards becoming a Business Development Manager.

  • Develop new business opportunities across your allocated territory through customer visits, networking and proactive prospecting.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs and recommending the right temperature control solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, working closely with our Service and Projects teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping customer activity and opportunities up to date.
  • Promote the wider Dawsongroup offering by identifying opportunities across other Business Units.

About You

You enjoy building relationships, opening doors and helping customers solve challenges. Whether you've worked in sales, account management, customer service or another customer focused role, we'll provide the support and training to help you succeed.

  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
