Build Your Career in Business Development & Sales
Are you ambitious, competitive, and looking for a career where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression?
Business Show Media is looking for driven individuals to join our growing Business Development team, with opportunities available across both our UK market team and Netherlands market team.
We’re a global business events company creating some of the leading exhibitions and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, SMEs, and ambitious businesses. With major events across London, New York, Miami, Sydney, Amsterdam, and Singapore, we’re continuing to grow internationally, and we’re looking for the next generation of sales talent to grow with us.
No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide structured sales training, coaching, and ongoing development to give you everything you need to build a successful career.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with companies that could benefit from exhibiting or sponsoring our events.
You’ll work across outbound channels including LinkedIn, email, and phone, speaking directly with business owners, founders, marketing leaders, and senior decision-makers.
This is a role designed for people who want to learn, progress, and earn.
You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced sales professionals, develop your commercial skills, and have a clear pathway from Business Development Executive into more senior sales and leadership positions.
With strong performers able to progress quickly, your Year 2 earning potential can reach £75,000 – £100,000+.
Your Responsibilities
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
