Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business and delivering results?

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Working closely with customers, you'll provide outstanding service while maximising sales opportunities across our product range.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Generating sales through outbound calls, emails and customer engagement
  • Building strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers
  • Preparing quotations and following up on opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and activity logs
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Re-engaging dormant customers and maximising account potential
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within a sales, business development, telesales or account management role
  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
  • Confidence making outbound sales calls and identifying opportunities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Experience within a B2B sales environment
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Industry knowledge
