We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in sales within the telecoms industry.

Job Description

  • Contact warm customer data to verify contract end dates and business information.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
  • Develop knowledge of our full suite of telecoms products and solutions.
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products in a simple and customer-focused way.
  • Work closely with key partners across the major mobile and telecom networks.
  • Support the wider sales team by identifying qualified opportunities.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customers are fully satisfied.
  • Identify opportunities for additional orders, referrals, and future business.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions.

Qualifications

  • A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and asking questions.
  • Organised with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and enjoys working towards goals and team success.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt conversations naturally.
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused mindset.
