Do you enjoy talking to people, opening doors and turning cold contacts into real sales conversations?
We’re looking for a confident B2B Telesales / Telemarketing team player to join and help us build new business opportunities through outbound calling, prospect research and appointment setting.
This is a great role for someone who likes being on the phone, enjoys finding the right people inside target businesses and gets satisfaction from creating opportunities for the wider sales team.
Your Day
Your day will be a mix of outbound B2B calling, prospecting and research. You’ll:
- Make outbound calls to businesses and speak with decision makers, influencers and gatekeepers.
- Use a clear call plan to ask qualifying questions and identify potential opportunities.
- Book appointments and follow-up calls for the sales lead.
- Research target companies and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites and industry databases.
- Find the right contacts and map who does what inside target organisations.
- Keep CRM and call records accurate and up to date.
- Follow up prospects consistently and make sure good opportunities don’t get lost.
- Share useful market feedback, objections and insights with the wider team.

You Should Have
- Have at least 12 months’ B2B telephone sales, telesales, telemarketing or lead generation experience. This is a non-negotiable because this role needs you to hit the ground running!
- Genuinely enjoy making outbound calls.
- Are confident speaking with senior business contacts.
- Know how to get past gatekeepers professionally.
- Are persistent without being pushy.
- Can ask good questions and listen carefully to the answers.
- Are organised, accurate and comfortable working to activity targets.
- Can research prospects and build call lists methodically.
- Are confident using CRM systems, spreadsheets, LinkedIn and online research tools.
- Are positive, reliable and comfortable taking coaching and feedback.
MUST HAVE - Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, business development, SDR/BDR activity or inside sales is a must.
