Job Title: Business Development Executive
Contract Type: Permanent/Full-Time
Location: Hybrid – St Andrews & Dublin (with travel to other locations as required)
Reports to: Senior Business Development Manager
THE PURPOSE
Join The Experience Golf and play a key role in creating exceptional golf travel experiences across some of the world's most renowned golfing destinations.
The Experience Golf specialises in designing bespoke golf travel programmes for clients visiting Ireland, Scotland, and other leading golf destinations. Working alongside golf courses, hotels, transport providers, and tourism partners, we deliver tailored experiences and outstanding customer experiences.
We're seeking a commercially minded and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to support the continued growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for golf, hospitality, travel, and client engagement who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
YOU’LL BE DOING
You will support business development activities across domestic and international markets, helping to generate new opportunities, manage client relationships, develop supplier partnerships, and create bespoke golf travel proposals.
You'll also have the opportunity to represent The Experience Golf at client events, golf days, networking opportunities, industry exhibitions, and hosted experiences, building valuable relationships with clients, golf clubs, resorts, and industry contacts.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building relationships with clients, golf clubs, hotels, resorts, and tourism partners
- Managing enquiries and supporting the conversion of leads into bookings
- Creating tailored golf travel proposals and detailed itineraries
- Coordinating accommodation, tee times, transportation, and related services
- Maintaining supplier relationships and securing availability for clients
- Supporting sales reporting, CRM management, and pipeline activity
- Assisting with marketing activity, content creation, and promotional campaigns
YOU’LL HAVE
You'll bring experience in sales, business development, hospitality, tourism, or client relationship management, alongside a genuine passion for golf and customer service.

- Customer-focused and service-driven
- Professional, personable, and confident working with a range of stakeholders
