About LoadViser Pro

LoadViser Pro is an AI performance and injury prevention platform for professional clubs. Our system sits above the tools clubs already use — GPS, wellness, testing and medical — and turns that data into a daily readiness and injury-risk decision for every player, with the reasoning behind each recommendation fully visible rather than hidden in a black box.

The platform is live with clubs across football and basketball, supported by our in-house engineering and sport science teams. As demand from UK clubs continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial team.

About the role

This is a field-based role. You will be on the road, at training grounds, in front of performance staff — not behind a desk. We are happy to shape the role around the right person early in their career; what matters is that you understand football, present well and can take genuine ownership of your patch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Identify UK clubs and secure meetings with performance directors, heads of performance, sporting directors and academy staff
  • Travel to clubs and training grounds across the UK to present the platform and deliver demonstrations in person
  • Guide clubs through their trial period and stay close to them throughout
  • Attend industry events and conferences, and build our presence across the UK football network
  • Bring feedback from clubs back to our product team

What we are looking for

  • A genuine understanding of professional football and how clubs work — whether from a degree, a placement, coaching, analysis or time inside a club
  • Confidence presenting face to face; you will be demonstrating the platform to senior club staff from early on
  • The persistence to open doors and secure meetings, and the discipline to follow through without close supervision
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including some overnight stays
  • Curiosity about performance data — GPS, load monitoring, player readiness. You do not need to be technical; we will train you fully on the platform
  • Based in the United Kingdom, fluent English
