Circa £35,000 plus achievable commission
Monday - Friday
08:30 - 16:30 or 08:00 - 16:00

Job Role / Duties
- Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding customer requirements, current providers and contract renewal dates.
- Arrange qualified meetings and site surveys for the external sales team.
- Engage with dormant prospects and previous enquiries.
- Qualify and respond to inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns and the company website.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity within the CRM.
- Ensure qualified opportunities are handed over with complete customer information and notes.
- Track pipeline activity and maintain regular follow-up schedules.
- Produce weekly activity and pipeline reports.

To Be Considered For This Role You MUST
- Have previous experience in outbound B2B lead generation, appointment setting or business development.
- Have confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Have experience of using CRM systems.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
