Business Development Executive

Location: Salford Quays (Hybrid)

Join Apadmi as a Business Development Executive!

Joining an award-winning global leader in mobile technology and integration, you will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and confidently engaging senior decision-makers. You’ll collaborate closely with Growth Directors and Marketing to align outreach with strategic campaigns, acting as a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients as Apadmi continues its international growth.

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join Apadmi and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across a range of industries throughout Europe, particularly the Benelux region. Working from our Salford Quays HQ, you will build a strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement. This is a role for someone who thrives on prospecting, enjoys picking up the phone, and is energised by creating opportunities where others see dead ends.

What you’ll be working on

  • Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts using tailored, multi-channel outbound campaigns.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders through proactive cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach techniques.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities that directly contribute to Apadmi’s strategic new business pipeline.
  • Focus on driving outbound growth across a range of sectors all over the world.
  • Manage a consistent, disciplined pipeline of activity using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
  • Collaborate with Growth Directors and Marketing to align messaging with strategic campaigns and account lists.
  • Represent Apadmi at relevant industry events to connect with decision-makers and build brand awareness.
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimise your outreach techniques to hit and exceed pipeline targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
