Our client is a fast-growing UK PropTech company modernising the lettings industry.

Their platform automates tenancy progression, helping letting agents work smarter, stay compliant and deliver a better experience for tenants and landlords. Hundreds of agencies across the UK use it. Backed by an established group with over 16 years in the sector, they are scaling quickly. That means more agents, better conversations and a higher-quality pipeline.

The opportunity

This is an ambitious, collaborative business where early-career professionals can learn fast and take ownership. You will work with modern technology, real customers and leaders who invest in your development. They expect performance, support development and reward output.

Your development

You will be enrolled into Furza's industry-leading sales academy, tailored to your role, and gain an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation on completion. Alongside this you will receive continuous coaching and mentoring from an experienced leadership team.

What you get

What you will do

  • Identify and engage UK letting agents through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns
  • Target ideal customer profiles rather than chasing volume
  • Book well-qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams
  • Lead first-stage conversations to understand each prospect's challenges and structure
  • Manage your own activity, follow-ups and diary
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Work with marketing on campaigns, messaging and targeting
  • Hit agreed weekly and monthly KPIs, and use conversion data to improve

  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Sales experience is preferable but not essential
