This is a remote opportunity for a commercially driven professional to help expand a growing Web3 product portfolio across the European market.
You will identify and engage high-potential Web3 organizations, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn qualified opportunities into commercial partnerships.
The role combines prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline ownership, and go-to-market execution.
- You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives and present relevant product solutions that create measurable value.
- As the product portfolio evolves, you’ll help bring new offerings to market, test their traction, and feed customer insights back into product strategy.

- Manage negotiations and take ownership of closing deals, ensuring commercial terms meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
- Bring new and evolving product offerings to market, testing their traction, adoption, and commercial potential with prospective and existing clients.
- Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, campaign launch, and invoicing.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and successful delivery of client campaigns.
- Keep sales pitches, presentations, decks, demos, and other commercial materials aligned with the evolving product portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather structured feedback from prospects and customers to identify product opportunities, market trends, and potential improvements.
- Work closely with the Business Development Lead to shape the commercial product roadmap and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline information and ensure opportunities progress efficiently through each stage of the sales process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
