Role: Business Development Executive

Salary: £28,000 + £10,000 OTE per annum
Workplace type: Hybrid, in office 3 days a week
Entry-level Role: No experience required

Our client is one of the UK's largest providers of compliance and people services. They support tens of thousands of businesses across Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law, and ISO certification, and they have been doing it for over three decades. With a strong reputation for quality, service, and innovation, they're continuing to grow their sales team and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to play a key role in their next stage of growth.

The Role

You will be speaking with business owners and decision-makers, learning what is getting in their way and showing them how our client's services can help. You will be given the training, the tools, and the time to get good at it.

Day to day, you will:

  • Research and reach out to decision-makers in the industries you cover
  • Have conversations that uncover what a business actually needs, then recommend the right service
  • Build long-term relationships and become someone your clients trust
  • Keep your pipeline organised and up to date in the CRM
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly goals, with support to get there
  • Build real knowledge of your market and the services you represent
  • Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and delivery
