Job Title: Senior Workplace Advisor

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive + bonus

We're working with a well-established workplace design and build consultancy looking to add an experienced Senior Workplace Advisor to their growing Business Development team.

This is a relationship-led sales role, focused on opening doors and creating opportunities with organisations planning office relocations, refurbishments or workplace transformation projects. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging senior stakeholders, uncovering future projects and arranging high-quality meetings for the senior business development team.

If you're confident speaking to C-suite decision-makers, thrive on building relationships over the phone and enjoy working towards meaningful targets, this is an opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation and a strong pipeline of work.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying organisations with upcoming workplace projects and securing qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of businesses, from Operations and HR Directors through to CEOs and Managing Directors.
  • Conducting outbound business development activity using CRM data, marketing campaigns, referrals and your own research.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities, understanding project scope, budgets, timescales and decision-making processes.
  • Booking high-quality meetings for the senior Business Development team, ensuring they're fully briefed ahead of every appointment.
  • Managing an active pipeline of prospects and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Following up with prospective clients to nurture long-term relationships and future opportunities.
  • Keeping up to date with workplace trends, occupier movements and market activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with colleagues across business development, marketing and research to maximise lead generation and campaign activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
