Business Development Executive | Fully remote (UK based) | £30,000 – £40,000 basic | c. £100,000 earning potential
Most salespeople don’t need another tool. They need something that genuinely makes them better at selling.
This business has built exactly that.
They’ve developed their own AI systems around intelligent outreach, giving you the research, targeting and ammunition to start far better conversations.
The technology loads the torpedo. They need a human being who knows how to fly it. And when an average deal is worth around £80,000, getting those conversations right can become very lucrative.
So this isn’t a job where you need to hammer out hundreds of identical messages, pretend personalisation means changing somebody’s first name, then hope someone replies.
The clever bit is already happening behind you.
Your job is to bring the bit AI still struggles with.
Judgement. Curiosity. Personality. Timing. Knowing when somebody is interested, when they need another question and when it’s time to stop selling and actually listen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll be selling substantial digital projects rather than cheap subscriptions or disposable services. An £80k average deal means fewer meaningful wins can make a very meaningful difference to your earnings.
And there’s something decent to sell.
The business specialises in AI-native content systems, headless websites, digital products and ecommerce, creating structured digital platforms that work for humans today while being ready for AI agents and whatever comes next.
They also have proper work behind them.
They’ve delivered projects for recognisable household organisations including Goodwood. One project delivered a 246% increase in impressions and 76% more click-throughs, while a more recent ecommerce project produced an 18% year-on-year sales increase within its first two months.
Lets make no bones about it, you will spend 90% of your time doing telephone based outreach - if that doesn't interest you, this role isn't for you. However, rather than going through the yellow pages calling person after person aimlessly, you'll be given the best possible targeting tools.
